If you go into the woods today you may be in for a big surprise. Yes, there may well be teddy bear picnics here, but more likely you’ll see local families enjoying this little woodland hideaway which they saved from the developers a few years back. It’s a great place for Scouts and Brownies to earn their badges and for all of us to spot birds, squirrels and bears (maybe). No, of course there are no bears here, but what’s that growling sound?
