As part of the Culduthel Woods Family Activity Day, the Inverness Royal British Legion Pipe Band will be playing for us.
The Inverness RBL is a non-competing social band. Their aim is to give pipers and drummers with previous experience and a passion for Pipe Music the opportunity to play in a Pipe Band.
They also provide tuition in piping and drumming to those who display a commitment and desire to become members of the band.
The band attends events throughout the Highlands including Galas/Fetes, Highland Games, Civic and formal occasions. They also entertain the public each Tuesday evening at 19.30hrs on Inverness High Street from mid-June to early September. We are delighted that they’re able to entertain us at Culduthel Woods.
