Laughter Wellness

Join us for a fun Laughter Wellness session with Natalie Gilray Coaching designed to uplift and energise. Experience the numerous benefits of laughter, including stress reduction, improved mood, and enhanced overall well-being. The session will include gentle warm-ups, breathing exercises, playful laughter activities, and relaxation techniques. All activities are seated, ensuring accessibility for everyone. Come and share the joy of laughter in a supportive community setting.
