Laughter Yoga

As part of the Culduthel Woods Family Activity Day, Natalie will be hosting 3 short Laughter Yoga sessions.

Join us for a fun Laughter Yoga session with Natalie Gilray Coaching designed to uplift and energise. Experience the powerful benefits of laughter, including reducing stress, lifting your mood, and supporting overall well-being.

The session includes gentle warm-ups, simple breathing exercises, and playful laughter activities. Taking place outdoors in Culduthel Woods, we’ll be embracing movement and nature.

Unlike traditional yoga, there are no yoga poses, no mats, and no flexibility required—just a willingness to join in. Laughter Yoga is accessible to all ages and abilities.

When : Saturday 6th June 2.30pm, 3.30pm & 4.00pm

Where : Culduthel Woods Nearest Carpark : Culduthel Christian Centre

Cost : Free of charge

How to book : Not required, sessions will be announced at the event.

Activity Level : Our Laughter Wellness sessions are designed to be inclusive, gentle, and accessible for everyone. As the sessions take place outdoors, there will be light movement and standing involved.

This isn’t traditional yoga—there are no poses and no experience or level of fitness needed, making it suitable for all abilities.

Natalie will lead you through a unique and uplifting Laughter Wellness session designed to bring joy and well-being to all participants.
