Laughter Yoga

As part of the Culduthel Woods Family Activity Day, Natalie will be hosting 3 short Laughter Yoga sessions.

Join us for a fun Laughter Yoga session with Natalie Gilray Coaching designed to uplift and energise. Experience the numerous benefits of laughter, including stress reduction, improved mood, and enhanced overall well-being. The session will include gentle warm-ups, breathing exercises, playful laughter activities, and relaxation techniques. All activities are seated, ensuring accessibility for everyone. Come and share the joy of laughter in a supportive community setting.

When : Saturday 6th June 2.30pm, 3.30pm & 4.00pm

Where : Culduthel Woods Nearest Carpark : Culduthel Christian Centre

Cost : Free of charge

How to book : Not required, sessions will be announced at the event.

Activity Level : Our Laughter Wellness session is thoughtfully designed to be inclusive and accessible, with all activities conducted in a seated format. This ensures that individuals of all abilities can comfortably participate and reap the benefits of laughter.

Natalie will lead you through a unique and uplifting Laughter Wellness session designed to bring joy and well-being to all participants.
