Have you thought about joining a health walk but weren’t sure what’s involved? A weekly walk, meeting every Thursday at UHI reception to start at 12noon we meet from 11.30am for a cuppa and a chat before the walk. The low level walk usually lasts around 1 hour.
We’re taking advantage of the excellent paths around the campus to make this walk accessible to as many as possible on 2 feet, 4 feet and on, or assisted by wheels.
