Foraging Walk with Ruaraidh from Nature 4 Health

**This event is now sold out but another Foraging Walk has been scheduled for Saturday 25th May. Click here to jump to 25th May Foraging Walk

Join N4H (Nature for Health) on a foraging walk to look for useful things in nature, from wood to carve, trees to use as a toothbrush and leaves you can eat…maybe some early fungi! Nature 4 Health aims to help people connect with nature, each other and themselves. Experience the mindful benefits of green and blue space and the fascinating species we share the planet with.

Dress warm and for all weathers. The ground can get a little muddy, with some steps along the route.

Bring a basket if you fancy taking some samples home!
