Laughter Yoga

Join us for an invigorating outdoor Laughter Yoga session with Natalie from Lighten the Load followed by a walk around the Ness Islands! Suitable for all abilities, there are no yoga poses involved - just a willingness to give it a go and a bottle of water, as laughter is thirsty work. Laughter Yoga combines laughter exercises with deep breathing techniques, promoting wellness and joy. In just 30 minutes, experience the power of laughter amidst nature to boost your mood, relieve stress, and rejuvenate your spirit.

When : Friday 24th May at 11.00am

Where : Amphitheatre in the Ness Islands Nearest Carpark : Street parking around Bellfield Park or park near Bught Park or Whin Park and walk across the bridge to the Ness Islands.

Cost : Free of charge but please book so that we know you’re coming.

Activity Level : Laugher yoga to energise you before a low level, mainly flat walk around the Ness Islands.

Natalie from ‘Lighten the Load’ will warm you up with some Laughter Yoga before we head off for short walk around the Ness Islands.
